Questions

Good questions, answered.

The things clients ask us most, from aftercare to walk-ins to how long a set really lasts.

Booking & visiting

Before your appointment

Walk-ins are welcome whenever we have a gap, but we can't promise one — Saturdays and evenings fill up early. Booking ahead is the only way to guarantee your preferred time.

Two to three days is usually plenty for a weekday slot. For Saturdays, bridal work or detailed art, give us about a week so we can set aside the right amount of time.

A manicure runs 45–60 minutes, a pedicure about an hour, and a full set of extensions 90 minutes to two hours. Detailed nail art adds time, and we'll tell you upfront when it does.

Message us. Lagos traffic is Lagos traffic. If you're more than 20 minutes behind we may need to shorten the service or move you, simply because the next client is booked in.

Of course. The studio is small, so one guest per client keeps things comfortable for everyone. Let us know in advance if you're bringing a group.

Services & pricing

About the work

Three to four weeks with proper prep and aftercare. You'll want a refill at around two to three weeks once natural regrowth starts to show at the cuticle.

Gel is lighter, more flexible and looks closer to a natural nail — great for short to medium length. Acrylic is stronger and holds sharp shapes and dramatic length better. Tell us how you use your hands day to day and we'll recommend one.

Not when they're applied and removed correctly. Damage comes from over-filing and from people prying sets off at home. We prep gently and always soak off properly — never pop a set off yourself.

Yes. We'll soak it off safely and assess your natural nails before applying anything new. Removal is free when you're booking a fresh set with us on the same visit.

Listed prices are starting points. Extra length, complex shapes, chrome finishes and detailed freehand art all add to the total. We confirm your exact price during the consultation, before any work begins.

We do. Bridal packages include a trial set and coordinated designs for your party. Get in touch at least two weeks ahead so we can block out the studio for you.

Hygiene & aftercare

Looking after your set

Metal implements are cleaned and autoclaved between every client. Files, buffers and pedicure liners are single-use and opened in front of you. Workstations are wiped down after each appointment.

Use cuticle oil daily, wear gloves for cleaning and washing up, and don't use your nails as tools to open things. Those three habits alone add a week to most sets.

Come back within 48 hours and we'll repair it free of charge. After that we charge a small single-nail fix fee. Either way, don't try to file or glue it yourself.

Yes, and it's one of our favourite things to do. We'll build a set that protects what's there and give you a plan to grow the natural nail back underneath.

Card, bank transfer and cash — all settled after your service. Elaborate art may require a small deposit at booking so we can order materials.
